CCC ST.LOUIS “FAT CONNECTIONS AND CLOSINGS” A PRIVATE EVENT FOR THE WHO’S WHO OF THE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE & CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRIES
The Contractors, Closers & Connections (CCC) of St. Louis is excited to announce our 2025 season premiere Private Event “Fat Connections And Closings” at Kirkwood Performing Arts Center on Wednesday, February 26th from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM!
This will be an intimate event (+-100) guests) specifically catered toward the Commercial Real Estate Development, Investment, Brokerage & Management communities.
Our intent is to ensure an incredibly-diverse and high-quality balance of industry partners are united into a singular relationship-building forum.
Invitations will be sent out to building owners, real estate developers, landlords, debt lenders, fund managers, attorneys, equity providers, elected officials, real estate brokers, property managers, CPAs, owner’s representatives, consultants, acquisitions managers, development directors, architecture firms, and local entrepreneurs.
Seniority will be the paramount factor of this event, so we will be selectively sending invitations to Vice Presidents, Managers, Directors, CEO’s, Owners, Principals and C-Suite Execs.
Premium open bar service & complimentary appetizers will be included. Dress code is business professional.
A portion of ticket proceeds will go to benefit a local 501c3 charity in St. Louis.
Ticket pricing will be set at $100.
